Cooking Instructions
Thaw in the refrigerator. Grill: Cook over medium-high heat 4 to 5 min per side. Pan Fry: Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook 3 to 4 min per side. Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 400F for 12 to 15 min. Blackening: Coat with spice rub and sear in a very hot cast iron pan 3 min per side. Cook until opaque and flaking.
