There are no minimum or maximum orders, and no contracts — ever. Most of our items come portion-controlled and individually packaged, so they fit easily in a standard side-by-side freezer. A typical case contains twelve to sixteen servings.

Your Personal Gourmet order replaces the most expensive part of your grocery run — the entrées — with restaurant-quality portions that have no trim waste, no spoilage, and no wasted trips. Most families tell us their overall weekly food spend goes down while the quality of dinner goes way up.

Grocery-store “fresh” often isn’t: display fish can sit on ice for days, and that neatly packaged hamburger may have started as an aging steak. Our meats and poultry are frozen and sealed once, with a USDA inspector present. More isn’t always better. Store-bought meat is sold by the pound — including the fat, skin and bone you trim away, which can cut your edible portion by up to half. Personal Gourmet portions arrive already trimmed, marinated or cooked, so what you pay for is what you actually eat.

We deliver seven days a week — mornings, afternoons and evenings — and we work around your schedule. Every order is delivered in person, never left on a doorstep to spoil in the sun.

Whether you’re a gourmet chef or a novice, our products are easy to use and consistent in size, texture and quality. Many items come fully cooked, marinated, stuffed or skewered — just bake, broil, grill or microwave and you’re ready to serve.

No worries — most of our items thaw in 5 to 10 minutes in tap water. No planning the night before, no microwave defrosting. Decide what you feel like after you get home; by the time the salad is ready, the entrée is ready for the grill.

Every family is different, but on average we see our customers every 2 to 4 months. A typical order of 80 to 160 servings lasts 8 to 16 weeks — the perfect moment to restock staples and try something new for the season.

Everything is satisfaction guaranteed. If any item isn’t to your liking, we’ll gladly exchange the unused portion.

Because everything is individually packaged, the whole family can enjoy different meals at the same time: chicken for the kids, a bacon-wrapped filet for your spouse, and stuffed sole for you — all in the same oven, all ready in about 35 minutes.

No — good seafood shouldn’t. Ours is frozen and sealed within hours of the catch, locking in nutrients and flavor. It’s frozen once, not thawed and refrozen on a display counter, so there’s none of the excess water that causes that grocery-store fishy smell.
