Cooking Instructions: Place frozen crusted fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan. Convection oven: Preheat oven to 325F and bake for 14-17 minutes. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375F and bake for 28-30 minutes. Note: Product can be baked from a defrosted state. Convection oven: Preheat oven to 375F and bake for 8-10 minutes. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 400F and bake for 14-16 minutes. The fillets should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Serving Suggestion

Already crusted with coconut, mango, and papaya: bake until golden and serve with jasmine rice and a squeeze of lime - instant island dinner.
