Cooking Instructions
Thaw in the refrigerator or under cold running water. Grill: Skewer, brush with garlic butter and cook over medium-high heat 2 to 3 min per side. Saute: Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook 2 to 3 min per side. Broiling: Broil 4 in. from heat for 4 to 5 min. Shrimp are done when pink, opaque and curled into a loose C shape.
Serving Suggestion
Colossal shrimp for the grill: skewer, brush with garlic butter, and cook two to three minutes per side. Save bread for mopping the juices.
