Cooking Instructions: Baking: Season fish and cook in preheated oven at 350º for 10 min. Broiling: Broil fish for 4 min. 3” to 4” from heat in preheated broiler. Pan Fry: Heat butter of oil in pan. Add fish and cook at moderate heat for 2 minutes. Turn once.

Serving Suggestion

Sear 60-90 seconds per side in a screaming-hot pan with sesame oil, slice thin, and serve over rice with wasabi, pickled ginger, and a soy-citrus dip. Also superb cubed raw in a poke bowl with avocado.
