Cooking Instructions
Conventional Oven: 1. If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight.?? 2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.?? 3. Remove from bag and place in a shallow baking pan.?? 4. Bake 15-20 minutes.? Grill: 1. If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight.?? 2. Over medium heat, place duck skin side down on a rack and heat for 10 minutes. ??3. Turn duck over and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes or until throughly heated.? Air-Fryer: 1. If frozen, defrost overnight.?? 2. Pre-heat air-fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. ?? 3. Separate half duck into two portions. ??4. Arrange portions on tray so they do not overlap.?? 5. Air-fry for 12 minutes. ??6. Carefully remove product and allow to rest 1-2 minutes before serving
