Boiling: Drop frozen crab legs into boiling water. Bring water back to boiling and reduce heat. Simmer for 5 to 10 min. and serve with drawn butter.
Steaming: Steam from frozen for 8 to 10 min.
Serving cold: Defrost at room temperature for a crab salad or serve cold with mustard/hollandaise sauce.
