Beef Broccoli Stir-Fry:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon plus 1˝ teaspoon white wine
2 cups blanched or steamed broccoli
1 cup blanched diagonally sliced carrots
1 tablespoon soy sauce
˝ teaspoon cornstarch
˝ cup onion slices
12oz. broiled Personal Gourmet rib eye steak cut into thin strips
teaspoon granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
In 10” skillet or wok, heat oil; add broccoli, carrots and onion and cook, stirring quickly and frequently, until vegetables are tender – crisp and onions are browned. Stir in beef strips. In remaining small bowl combine remaining ingredients, stirring to dissolve cornstarch; add to beef mixture and cook, stirring constantly; until sauce is thickened, 2 to 3 min. Serves 2.
