Do not thaw at room temperature or water.
Thaw unopened package for 24 hours out of shipper or 48 hours in shipper (time will vary with weight)
Do not refreeze.
Preheat oven to 325F. Remove plastic bag.
Place turkey in shallow pan containing 1/4 inch water. Tent pan with foil.
Cook for 20-25 minutes per pound (approximate cooking time 5 hours).
For last 30 minutes, remove foil to allow for browning.
Remove from oven and allow to stand 15 to 20 minutes before slicing.
