Cooking Instructions:
Roasting: In 350 degrees oven for 30 min. Serve sliced on an angle.
Broil/Grill: Preheat broiler or grill and place pork 5 to 6 from heat source. Cook 10 min. until lightly browned. Turn and continue to cook for 10 more min.
