Loin Lamb chops. Expertly trimmed and truly a start of a splendid meal.
Broiling: Broil 4” from heat source. Rare, 3-4 min. each side. Medium, 5-6 min. each side.
Grill: Sear both sides, 1 min. per side. Raise grill and continue to cook until desired doneness.
Pan Frying: Season and sear chops in pan lined with small amount of olive oil and/or butter. Reduce heat to moderate temperature and cook until done.
Broiled Lamb Chops with Onion Sauce:
4 Personal Gourmet lamb chops
¼ cup butter
1¼ cups chopped onion
¾ cup white wine
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Place the lamb chops on a rack in broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 3 to 6 min. on each side or to desired doneness. Sauté the onion in saucepan until golden. Add the wine and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 min. Add parsley and serve over lamb chops.
