Cooking Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator.
Broil or Grill: Preheat broiler or grill. Cook for 3-4 min. per side until internal temperature is 160°F.
Contact Grill: Grill 3-4 min. total.
Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Season as desired. Place chicken breasts in greased baking dish. Bake for 20-25 min.
Pan Fry: Place 1 tablespoon of olive oil (or 1/2 butter 1/2 olive oil) in nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken breast. Cook for 4-6 min. per side reducing heat to medium after flipping. Season as desired.
6 to 8 Personal Gourmet chicken cutlets
¼ teaspoon rubbed sage
8 thin slices prosciutto or boiled ham (4 ounces)¼ cup flour
¼ cup butter
½ cup Marsala wine
1 can condensed chicken broth (approximately 10 oz.)
Defrost chicken cutlets. Sprinkle with sage, top each cutlet with sliced prosciutto; secure with toothpicks. Dust with flour. Melt utter in skillet and brown cutlets. Add wine and chicken broth, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 5 min, or until sauce is slightly thickened.
