To Grill, Broil or Bake: Cook each side approximately 2 minutes from thawed or 3-4 minutes from frozen state. (Depending on cooking temperatures) or until core reaches 165 degrees, don't over cook.
Griddle: Place skewer on 350F griddle. Cook for 3 1/2 - 4 minutes then turn. Use spatula to flatten against griddle for even surface contact. Cook an additional 3 1/2 - 4 minutes.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450F. Place skewer on baking pan approximately 10" from bottom element. Bake for 8 - 9 minutes.
Pan Saute: Place skewer into large 10" skillet preheated to 325F - 350F. Cook 3 1/2 - 4 minutes, turn and flatten with spatula for even surface contact. Cook additional 3 1/2 minutes.
Microwave (900-Watt Oven): Place skewer in microwave-safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap to hold moissture in shrimp. Defrost 1 1/2 minutes. Turn. Cook on HIGH 1 1/2 minutes. Let stand 1 minute and serve.
