For best results, thaw in refrigerator for 48 hours. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove Tur-Duc-Hen from box. Do Not Remove Bag. Place Tur-Duc-Hen, legs pointing up, in baking pan and cut a 1 inch slit in the top of the bag.
If thawed: Bake 3 hours. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F.
If frozen: Bake 3 hours and 40 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F.
To serve: Remove Tur-Duc-Hen from bag. Caution: Fluids will be hot. Remove threading. Carve Tur-Duc-Hen down the middle and then accrossin one to two inch slices. Serve hot.
