Frying: Heat oil in frying pan. When hot, add pork and cook 10 minutes over medium heat. Season well and turn pork over; continue cooking 10 min. over medium heat. Turn pork again; cook over low heat until done to taste.
Grilling: Season pork with favorite spices, place on hot grill an cook for 6-8 minutes on each side
